Derryl Jones made the purchase of our son's graduation present (2022 BMW) a pleasure. We came to look at a different car and our son quickly fell in love with this vehicle. Derryl was patient with us as we decided if this would be the best car for our son to take to college -- a week of family negotiating. He never pressured us and was always there to answer questions! I've been bringing my 2017 WRX here since moving to Lakeland from Washington state in 2021. Amazing service and attention to detail. I've been very lucky that most of the services have been minor, oil change, tire sensors, replaceming tires, and some light bulb stuff. I always make an appointment, sometimes dates are available sooner and others later than I would like but they provide a great customer experience so it's to be expected. Reason for the appointment. They give info on the recommended services and stuff to keep in mind. Prices are pretty standard for a shop. I usually just relax in the lounge when I go in for a service. A great car buying experience. Everything was done online through text, phone calls and a few emails. Working with Ron and the team at Subaru Lakeland was great experience. They kept me informed through the entire process. Having my 2025 Forester delivered was an added bonus. I have already referred a few friends.

I walked in with every intention of just looking at a specific car and nothing else. I was politely greeted my Mo (Moises) and he was very quick to get me keys to test drive, not like other places who want to check credit and hassle and barter first. He listened to my concerns, addressed them, displayed every feature on the car, encouraged me to really drive it and feel it, and made sure I felt like the drive was enough. He even had me drive a little more to make sure I was happy with that specific car as well as demonstrate all the features. I was beyond excited. Susan and Steve and Mo all stayed late, gave me a better deal on my old car trade in than any other place around, worked with me on my budget goals, and got me into my literal “goal car.” My Subaru crosstrek was on my “outside the budget but really want” list and they worked with me to get it into my budget. I drove home in that car the same day I just wanted to look. I didn’t think that car was possible and they made my literal dream come true. I am so thrilled! I can’t thank them enough for being patient and staying late to get me into my dream car at MY budget! And service happily put a new battery in my key fob when I mentioned the battery notice a couple days later. No hesitation, no snark, happily fixing the issue that I found like it was me asking for business card. And I have to say thanks to Austin (2), he’s got me set up for my first service check in with ease! I am so happy and feel like this will be a great working partnership for the next decade. I’ve never been treated so kindly, respectfully, and left a dealership feeling as good as I did and as happy with my purchase as I am, and I have a feeling I am now Subaru for life. If you need a new car, Mo and the team is 100% who I recommend. I cannot thank them enough for their respect and honesty and compassion as a single mother who has her dream car in my budget! 10/10

I had a great experience with Idette at this location. She was very attentive and helped me with my trade in. It was near the end of business so I appreciate them taking the time with me. Her manager Will was very polite and accommodating as well. The financial rep, Steven, was also very professional and answered all my questions. Can’t wait to put some miles on my new car!

Recently took my car in to the body shop after an accident and was taken care of exceptionally by Jake and everyone! Got my car back today and was so happy to be in my own vehicle. Looks perfect! Jake took exceptional care of me and I highly recommend this location. This Is my third Subaru and couldn’t be happier with the whole process and exceptional customer service!

This Saturday, June 7th, we scheduled an appointment at the Lakeland Subaru branch and it was the best decision we made for the purchase of our new Subaru. After contacting all the Subaru dealers in the Tampa area and asking for numbers that would fit our budget, the only one who responded with a number without beating around the bush was Mr. Erick Guerrero from Lakeland Subaru. The other dealers never showed transparency or interest, that's why we traveled more than an hour from Brooksville, FL to get here. In the sales area, we were assisted by Miss Idetthe Patino, an excellent saleswoman with extensive knowledge of the Subaru brand. She also has a perfect command of both Spanish and English. She guided us and clarified all our doubts throughout the entire purchasing process. Finally, my wife left driving a beautiful Subaru Crosstrek Sport. Anna and Idetthe are an amazing team!! I've been emailing back and forth with Anne for two months now trying to make sure all my questions were answered and that I was fully ready to commit to my first NEW car and my first car payment. I had to make sure it was the RIGHT ONE and Anna was so patient and quick to respond every time! When I finally arrived for my appointment, I was scheduled with Idetthe, and she made everything so quick and easy. She took me on two different test drives, answered all of my questions, and sat with me while I re-did my loan approval after deciding on a different car than the one I'd come in expecting to buy (because I fell in love unexpectedly with a different one)! I've heard of and dealt with really pushy or impatient dealers before who are just after the sale but every step of the way these girls made it really feel like it wasn't about the sale, it was about putting me in the car that fits me, my budget, and my lifestyle.
